Maria Michela Amato, after graduating in classical dance, perfected herself artistically under the guidance of Victor Litinov, Anna Maria Prina, Alexander Agadznavon, Robert Lindgreen, Mat Bech, Anna Razzi, Lia Malizia, Marika Besabrasova, Susanna Egri, Robert North, Alex D’ Orsay. She takes the teaching course at the National Dance Academy in Rome with teachers Elena Viti, Mariella Ermini, Stefania Lo Sasso, Luana Poggini, Vinicio Colella, Laura Parlante. You become part, as a teaching member, of the INTERNATIONAL DANCE ASSOCIATION, recognized by MSP ITALIA, a sports promotion body legally recognized by CONI and the Ministry of the Interior. She obtains the DIPLOMA of AEROBICS AND FITNESS INSTRUCTOR and carries out continuous refresher courses on postural alignment and stretching. She obtained the Diploma from the PILATES INSTITUTE of London, recognized by the PMA, and FIF certification recognized internationally by the EFA and nationally by the MSP, a sports promotion body recognized by the Ministry of the Interior. She carries out further Masters on the subject of:

• Shoulder blades, cervical
• Hip, pelvis
• Spinal column deviations
• Elderly and pregnant women
• Osteoporosis and scoliosis
• Small Tools: Pilates teaching approach with the use of the hoop, elastic band, roller, fitball, trial ball, bosu, spine corrector and orbit

From September 2004 to June 2012 she directs the Academy of Dance, Art and Entertainment based in Carpi (MO), of which she is the director and teacher. She directs international classical dance stages and is an examiner in various examination commissions throughout Italy. She is the author and artistic director of the event called “Gran Galà of Dance Schools” which takes place at the municipal theaters of Carpi (MO) and Correggio (RE), with the participation of numerous schools in the Emilia Romagna region.

He founded and is the artistic director of the Art Academy, an artistic and cultural company operating nationally and internationally. One of the company’s works is “The Show Memories from the Abyss, so as not to forget”, broadcast by RAI, which was held on 19 February 2008 at the Teatro Comunale of Carpi, an open reflection on the aberrant tragedy of the Shoah. He taught Educational Dance at the Daughters of Providence Institute for the Deaf and Mute in Carpi (MO). The project, which obtained the patronage of the Municipality of Carpi (MO) and the Municipality of Correggio (RE), aimed to create and share, together with disabled children, emotional, creative and relational experiences.
She obtained the title of danzeducatrice® at the High School of Training and Research in Educational and Community Dance, recognized by the DAMS, Department of Music and Entertainment of the University of Bologna.

In November 2010 you inaugurated the Alto Polesine Dance School in the province of Rovigo, in collaboration with the municipal administration. In September 2012 you inaugurated the PILATES Studio in Carpi (MO), of which you are the owner and teacher. On 9 December 2013, she was awarded as best TEACHER OF THE YEAR by the Italian portal STAY PILATES. She obtained, in Trieste with the Scuola Pilates Italia s.r.l directed by Mariska Breland, the Pilates Diploma with specialization in Multiple Sclerosis and central nervous system diseases, a certification recognized in the USA and UK by all organizations and associations for Multiple Sclerosis. In November 2014 she specialized in leg and foot rehabilitation, using isometric techniques, for the most common pathologies such as menisci, ligaments, patellofemoral syndrome, tendinitis, plantar fasciitis, bursitis.
She specializes in the Pink Ribbon Program, a program recognized by large international organizations to learn the Pilates method which operates in the field of post rehabilitation aimed at women who have undergone breast cancer surgery. She collaborates with the Ramazzini hospital in Carpi, following many women in rehabilitation after breast surgery. She obtained the title of Counselor at the Institute of Humanistic Psychology “Empateia”, a training school in Psychotherapy and Counseling recognized by the Ministry of the University with Decree 11.03.2008 – Official Gazette. n°73 of 03.27.2008.

She obtained the title of Professional Massage Therapist, with Operator Diploma in Holistic Massage, Operator Diploma in Sports Massage and Operator Diploma in Spa and SPA Massage, at the Diabasi National School. She obtained the Diploma in Massage Therapy recognized by S.I.D.O.S, CSEN, ACCREDIA, SGS, SF wellness, from EMWA. 

As a MASSAGE THERAPIST you carry out  practiced with the hands, mainly aimed at preventing diseases of the musculoskeletal system or rehabilitating those who are affected by them. The main conditions for which massage therapy is applied are: muscle pain, contracted muscles, tendon contractures and hardening, water retention, mental stress and cellulite. 

She obtained the title of Specialized Beautician (law 19/87) recognized in all European countries, at the Delta professional training school in Naples and chose to deal with advanced aesthetics, with the use of dermocosmetics and latest generation technologies . She obtained the qualification of Beautician in oncology at the only internationally recognized training school, the OLIS Academy, based in Milan.

On 8 May 2021, you inaugurate in Minori, on the Amalfi Coast, the centre called Center “Longevity Space”.
